General server rules

  • §1 General charter

    1. Administrator is the most powerful person with the highest status. His decision is unchangeable and it is not possible to against againt his verdicts.
    2. Administrator reserves the right to change the server rules.
    3. Administrator reserves the right to expel inhabitants away from world without any reason
    4. Gamemaster works on direct order from Admin and during Admin’s absence he can works in his name.
    5. Habitant (player) is everybody who will enter on our servers.
    6. Habitant must be up to date with the newest rules. The newest rules can be found here.
    7. Habitant agreed with rules by registration. Ignorance of rules is no excuse! If age of inhabitant is so low and he cannot read, person who let habitant play World of Warcraft should inform him about rules, but he is not responsible for habitant’s offences against rules.
    8. Doing anything against law of Czech or Slovakia republic means instant kick of offender from this world and preventing him to use services of Prophet's Lair. This offence will be also passed by official way to relevant state agency.
    9. Conflicts which this rules not cures are solve by using ordinary logic of healthy mind and with agreement of highest authority or majority.

  • §2 Habitant – Law and duty

    1. Habitant must chose name with at least three characters. In particular, you may not use any name:
      1) Belonging to another person with the intent to impersonate that person, including without limitation a "Game Master" of Prophet's Lair;
      2) That incorporates 'swear' words or which are otherwise offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
      3) Related to drugs, sex, alcohol, or criminal activity;
      4) Comprised of gibberish (e.g., "Asdfasdf", "Jjxccm", "Hvlldrm");
      You may not use a misspelling or an alternative spelling to circumvent the name restrictions listed above, nor can you have a "first" and "last" name that, when combined, violate the above name restrictions.
    2. Habitant must have respect for Gamemasters and Administrators.
    3. Habitant cannot attack Gamemasters and Administrators in any way, possibly other habitants.
    4. Habitant has right to ask for help higher authority when he has a problem which he cannot solve himself.
    5. Habitant must report any error or bug that he found. No reporting or exploitation of errors will be punished based on decision of competent person.
    6. Habitant must report other habitant who do against this rules. Report could be addressed to anyone who is in Prophet's Lair team. No reporting is considered as rough doing against rules.
    7. Habitant cannot do any advertisement of other servers.
    8. Habitant cannot spam public comunication channels or induce others to break the rules.

  • §3 Public comunication

    1. Administrator of public forum has rights to close and delete topics, or give ban without quote reason. Blocking account on forums can be followed by blocking account in-game.
    2. Habitant must check (with other habitants) problem about repair quest, npc or spell before he reports it.
    3. Habitant is expressing always based on topic. He also does not create topics into wrong sections.
